    MONTHS TO PROCESS. All cancellations must be dated and in writing.
 Trip cancellation/interruption insurance (in the event you must cancel or return
    home mid-trip) is highly recommended. It is the only way to protect your travel
    investment. Insurance cost is approximately less than 10% cost of trip/premium
    determined by age. If securing insurance, indicate this on your reservation form
    and a form will be mailed to you.
